By accessing and using RoleGuide ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

RoleGuide is an AI-powered resume builder specifically designed for the German job market. The Service allows users to create, edit, and export CVs (curriculum vitae) optimized for German Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring standards.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete - Maintain the security of your password and identification - Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

RoleGuide currently offers a free service for creating and exporting CVs. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but core CV creation functionality will remain free.

You retain all rights to the content you create using RoleGuide. By using the Service, you grant RoleGuide a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service: - For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts - To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances - To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others - To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate - To submit false or misleading information - To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code - To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape - For any obscene or immoral purpose - To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoleGuide and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RoleGuide does not guarantee that: - The Service will meet your requirements - The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable - Any errors in the Service will be corrected

In no event shall RoleGuide, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoleGuide and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
